Sick Time Incentive
It has been a long uphill battle for all of us. While we continue to push management towards incentivizing our incredible Flight Attendant group, we have made some headway. We settled the October bid timeline grievance and were able to negotiate this benefit.
Starting tomorrow, all Flight Attendants who do not call in SICK between October 16 and November 30 will be given an additional 8 sick hours in their bank. These additional hours can be helpful to those Flight Attendants who have had to endure Covid leaves or those who may have been depleting their sick bank.
